Unable to attend Session in Ubuntu

Hello all,

I installed Ubuntu 15.04 OS, Installed all the necessary updates. I am not able to attend the training session using Firefox as browser. I installed java 7 and necessary software. It will open Cisco webx training session window not the shared screen. It will neither throw any error nor display the session. It will be constant for long time.
