CSM- Session missed due to link was not opening

I am sorry to say this but i am disappointed with the support as i was not able to join the session yesterday. As you have provided this mail.I have talked with support guys who were completely clueless. Today i got the download link which i am yet to download. I didnt get any notification or any mail that i have missed my yesterdays session. Now i have missed my yesterdays session i dont know about today's session. when i click on that link, Join session link is disable for me.
