Progress in Lessons covered not recorded

Dear Colleagues,

I have nearly completed the lessons available for the Prince2 course. However, the system shows that I have only covered some of the lessons. As I would need to request the completion certificate as I complete the few lessons that I remain to cover, this is quite urgent. I would be grateful for your advice.
