Questions #157 on Test 3, says the Delphi technique is a Forecasting method and to see page 220 in PMBOK for details. Pg 220 does not mention Delphi technique. It is described on pg 207 and 347 as a Group Decision making process. To me Delphi technique has nothing to do with Forecasting methods. Can someone explain please?
