When do we get the certificate for completing the Online Self Learning CABP course?

Hello,

I just completed the Online Self Learning course and passed one of the CABP simulation exams.
Tried to request the certificate / download but haven't been successful.

What is the criteria to get the certificate and satisfying the 21 PDs required for registering for CABP exam?
