Simplitalk, Course completion certificate and Exam Voucher

I am enrolled in ASM course which got over last Saturday. (Got extended by 1 day due to technical issue at instructor end.)
Following are my 4 quarries/issues (One of that I am facing from the first day of class)

1. Issue accessing simplitalk - If I am not logged in to community, I can see the simplitalk thread on the webpage, however once I login I am unable to see that. An email was sent to Amer Natarajan with the screen shot for the same but no reply yet...
