Incomplete Course structure

This in reference to course content informed to us at the time of registration there where two topics Mobile Marketing and conversion optimisation which were part of course now the trainer has informed us that the same has been removed.I cant understand how can you do that retrospective basis.Even important topic like twitter marketing is not the part of course.please include atleast the
committed part
