Missing classroom links in my cource, certificate not received

Hi All,

I am in the PMP flexiplan and last sunday, I completed the PMP classroom courses and I was supposed to get the certificate and it is missing.
I had registered for the second classroom training which will start from Saturday 14-May-16 and now I am unable see anything in the my courses section.

I had earlier raised ticket 844412 and 844415. It is still open.
Could someone help me
