Unable to open Namenode Web UI

hello

I am unable to open the "http://localhost:50070". I get following error

This site can’t be reached
localhost refused to connect.

---->I tried doing curl http://localhost:50070". Its running perfectly.
-----> I tried following cmd: ss -ltp | grep 50070. Its running too.

Can you please help me solving the above problem?
