Togaf online courses and certification

Hi,
I was not able to complete my training of Togaf 9 yet due to some personal reason. Can I attend some upcoming online classes.
By the way I registered for this course in Dec 2015

Also is it needed to complete the online classes for appearing the certification exam. please revert.

Lastly, is it required to appear level 1 and level 2 exam together. Or can I appear them on different dates?
