Togaf training and certification

Hi Team,
I was not able to complete my training of Togaf9 yet due to some personal reason. Can I attend some upcoming online classes. I registered with Simplilearnfor the course and certification in Dec 2015.

Also is it needed to complete the online classes for appearing the certification exam. please revert.

Lastly, is it required to appear level 1 and level 2 exam together. Or can I appear them on different dates?
