Issue with executing a demo

Hi,
I am facing an issue to execute the demo in chapter 3. this demo is to create a new directory in files system.
I am attaching the snapshot of steps that I followed.
I am using the VMware-player-6.0.7-2844087.exe to install VM Player.
I have windows 10 on my machine.
Please guide.
