FTP files to cloud lab

Hello,
I am able to connect to cloud lab in webconsole using the Id and password provided, but am unable to do ftp to the site. The instructor mentioned something ecloudlabs or something like that but the URL showing up to us is different - http://labs.simplilearn.com/big-data/webconsole/. Can you please confirm how can we do a ftp to enable us to get and move files to cloud labs
