Pending result/ Certificate- ITIL Intermediate Service Operation exam

Hi Support team,

I recently completed ITIL Intermediate Service Operation exam on 8th June 2016.
My Exam Booking ID - 193603-251826

I have been waiting for my certificate for almost 2 weeks.
I have checked the PEOPLECERT website and the result still shows pending. Upon getting in touch with PEOPLECERT, they state that they are pending some response from Simplilearn.

When can I see my official results and certificate?
Can you kindly follow up and let me know?
