Hadoop Developer - Real Worl Project "Education " related query

Hi All,

I am working on Education project of Hadoop developer course.I am facing issue with one of the requirements of below Subproject.
Subproject : Motivators for Continuous Adult Education
Requirements : Analyze the average replacement needs for the salary range in step 1 for the year 2010-2012.

In the excel I only find data of 2014 and estimated data of 2024.

How can we analyze the requirement for year 2010-2012?

Please guide me with this.
