How to connect ftp/sftp client to Hadoop Master VM in Multinode Cluster

Hi,

I have given a static ip to my hadoop master VM in multinode cluster.
I am not able to connect to this VM using this static IP and VM credentials.
Please find the details below

1) I am using Oracle Virtual Box on windows
2) This a Ubuntu VM.
