Unable to install SAS university Edition

Hi,
Can someone help me install SAS software on my windows PC?
I have attached screenshot of the error.
I have downloaded VM 5.1.2 release.
I think it is because I have not powered ON the VM.
Can you let me know how to power on it? View attachment 870
