permission issue with copy from local

Dear Team,While executing the demo I have created gutenberg.txt in local and after that I tried to execute below command.

hadoop fs -copyFromLocal gutenberg.txt /learning

I am getting below error:

copyFromLocal: Permission denied: user=richatiwary08_gmail, access=WRITE, inode="/learning._COPYING_":hdfs:hdfs:drwxr-xr-x

Kindly help me resolving above issue.
