Unable to view recordings

Hi Team,

I have downloaded videos(bhd) from LMS and even i have installed video player(Network recording player) from Simplilearn website...but when i tried opening some of the videos i am getting this error.
This application has failed to start because PROPSYS.dll was not found.
After that when i close this pop-up...i able to hear only audio not able to see any video...Any suggestion???
