Unable to upload files in HDFS using Hue!!!!

Hi,
I was unable to upload the files in HDFS using Hue as I can not see the option Upload, etc in my Hue File Browser.
Please help me and solve the issue as soon as possible and find the image provided for the same with the attachment.
