Should the PMI application be submitted after taking the training?

Hi,

Please let me know @ the following:

1. Can I apply to PMI ONLY after taking the 35 hours training?

2. How long are the 35 hours of training valid for?

3. This one might come across as a no-brainer but I will ask anyway. I don't see SimpliLearn listed as R.E.P. on PMI site. They accept the 35 hours of training done through SimpliLearn course, right?
