Ubuntu doesn't recognize network connection

I'm using dell Inspiron 15 5000 series with windows 10.
The WiFi is working absolutely fine with windows.
However i have installed Ubuntu 12.04.5 desktop and it doesn't show any network. No WiFi can be found.
Tried connecting with LAN connection too but it doesn't work.
All settings seems to be fine.

Any help would be appreciated..
