PDU CERTICATION AND CERTICICATION OF COMPLETION (DOWNLOAD))

I have completed many courses in All-in-one Progect Management but and can not get the PDU certificate as well as the certificate of completion.
The certificate I received is incomplete and attached to this message. Can someone help?
