Its been 8 days since I have initiated request for exam voucher vide support ticket #743751 however I am still to get a positive response from Simplilearn support. I spoke to the 3rd Customer Support representative today and was told the exact same thing - "We shall revert to you by end of day via e-mail".
I need to know to whom I can escalate this matter so as to get my exam voucher.
