Generate IP address in VM Player (SAS)

Not able to generate IP address by using VMware Player?

To access the University edition(SAS), the IP is necessary. The possible reasons could be

1. Using Non-Genuine copy of Operating System
2. Working directory is not set
3. OS not selected in VM ware player
