WebConsole Login Issue

Hi,
For Big Data developer lab access, I am not able to login in Webconsole.
On clicking Webconsole, I am able to paste username but password field is disabled. I am facing this issue for since 2 weeks. Raised ticket also but its not resolved till now. I am losing valuable time for practice. Pls help.
