Hadoop - wordcount mapreduce program

I am getting an unknown command when I try to run the command to get the wordcount.

I got the hadoop-examples-1.0.3.jar and placed it /home/mylogin using winscp. Now when I run the command to perform the wordcount....I get unknown command. Please find the attached with the snapshot.
